This policy explains how Dr. Indhu Nagaiah (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through www.healwithindhu.com. It is written to reflect India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We only collect what you choose to share with us through our enquiry forms, WhatsApp or email: your name, email address, phone number, city or country, age range (optional), the reason you are contacting us, event details for speaking enquiries, and your message.

Please do not share medical, clinical or other highly sensitive information through the website. Coaching is not psychotherapy or medical care.

How your enquiry is sent

Our forms do not store your details on this website. When you press “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via Email”, your message opens in WhatsApp or your own email app, and is only sent when you press send there. Your message is then handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or Google (Gmail) under their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss coaching, retreats, speaking or collaborations you've asked about, and arrange sessions or events. We rely on your consent, which you give by sending us your message.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to respond and to continue working with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email healwithindhu@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Amazon and myelephantfamily.com take you to other websites with their own privacy policies.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
